01Information we collect

This website is a static site. It has no account system, no newsletter sign-up and no enquiry form, so simply reading these pages does not require you to give us anything.

We collect personal information in two situations:

• When you contact us. If you message the studio through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or by phone, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name or profile name, your contact details, reference images, and the design, size, placement and dates you would like.
• When you book and attend a session. Before tattooing we ask for the information a studio needs to work safely and lawfully — your name, date of birth or proof of age, contact details, and relevant health information such as allergies, skin conditions, medication or pregnancy. Health information is sensitive personal data under the PDPA and we collect it only with your explicit consent, on our consent form.
• Photographs of finished work. We photograph tattoos for our portfolio. Photos are taken and published only with your permission, which you can give or refuse without it affecting your session.

02How we use it

We use the information above only to:

• answer your enquiry, quote a price and arrange an appointment;
• design your tattoo and prepare for the session;
• carry out the session safely and give you aftercare guidance;
• keep the records we are required to keep as a tattoo studio;
• show finished work in our portfolio and on social media, where you have agreed to it.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising by anyone else.

03Cookies and this website

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only thing it stores in your browser is your language choice (English or Thai), kept in local storage under the key savatang-lang so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device, we never see it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them; Google may log your IP address as part of that request. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and troubleshooting.

04Third-party services

Our contact page links out to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. When you follow one of those links or message us there, that platform handles your data under its own privacy policy, not ours. We only see the conversation you send us. If you would rather not use them, you can contact the studio by phone instead.

05How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once the conversation is clearly finished. Consent forms and session records are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold them, and then deleted. Portfolio photographs are kept while they are in use; ask us to remove one and we will take it down from our own website and social accounts.

06Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data, or stop using it, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw a consent you gave earlier — for photographs, for example — at any time.

Message us through any channel on the contact page and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

07Keeping it safe

Paper consent forms are kept in the studio and are not accessible to clients or visitors. Digital records are held on password-protected devices and accounts, and only the studio's artist and staff can reach them. No system is perfect, but we do not keep more than we need and we delete what we no longer use.

08Children

The studio does not tattoo minors, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

09Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version published here is always the one that applies.
